I have been drinking as usual, and have a feeling that I could drink less if I tried. I have only been on NAL for 1 month. Should I try to cut back, or just go on with my regular drinking pattern? Does it make any difference? Thanks for any advice.

I think many people here will advise you to drink as you normally would. The only think you have to be strict about is to never drink alcohol without taking nal one hour prior. Best of luck

Another thing I have noticed is that my tolerance to alcohol is less than before I started the NAL. I seem to get blasted quicker and feel lousy longer. Am I imagining this or have others had this reaction?

>Should I try to cut back

This is the million dollar question with TSM. Short answer: no one knows for sure.

After posting above I was thinking about this question and thought I would jump in again. There have been times when I have made it a bit more awkward for myself to drink as in I would not buy alcohol in the afternoon or on my way home from work if I had a bit of a craving. Because of this I would have to make the decision whether or not the craving later was bad enough to force me to walk to the shop . On many occasions I woulnt bother drinking at all that night. I think it depends on how strong a craving it is, if its strong drink but on the other hand doing something that will occupy your mind will often work and the craving passes.
