Hi all. I figured I'd start one of these progress threads to help keep tabs on how things are going. I'm still poor, still ordering my Nal from Allday, so I've been sticking with 25mg's. Once I receive my next order, I'll bump up to 50mg's.

Week 1 actually only 3 days, I decided to make Monday the new day for each week for the sake of recordkeeping.

Week 1 (25mg): 22.5 units (3 days of Nal, but also was Memorial Day weekend here in the US)
Week 2 (25mg): 30 units (2 AF days)
Week 3 (25mg): 31.5 units (1 AF day)

Unfortunately, I don't have solid Pre-TSM numbers, partly b/c I'm lazy, partly b/c I was drunk. But I can safely say that these numbers would be AT LEAST 50% higher without Nal. It is encouraging, and my erratic behavior his all but disappeared. I know this may be "honeymoon" stuff but in the meantime I'm following the program and keeping track of my booze intake.

I'm hoping soon I can find a local doc to prescribe Nal to me, which would greatly reduce the cost. Hope all of you are doing well.

I have a doctor who is TSM friendly and she told me to take 25mg for the first two weeks, then 50mg after that. She said she would likely increase the dosage from that over time. I asked her why two whole weeks at 25mg, and she said that is the protocol she has been following with other patients and it seems to work well, so I followed that advice. Hope that helps!

Any luck finding a local doc?

YG
