Update....River gave me a refund so I'm pleased about that. The pharmacist there said that manufacturers - Sun Pharma - are above board and that I must have reacted to the binding agent rather than the Nal. I have checked out their claims and Sun seem to be legit. However I am having similar if not much milder side effects from the UK Nal. I appear to be just unlucky as nobody else had had a reaction like this to their product.

Galoot. Have you not been drinking these past 4 days as well as taking the Nal.? If you havent, or have cut way back you could be going through some alcohol withdrawal symptoms. I still havent been able to take more then 12.5mg without horrible side effects, and I still get the good results. Hang in there

Hi Tmoney80. Yeah, I have been drinking every day hilst on Nal. I notice that if I wait for 1 hour after taking Nal before I start drinking then the SE's are much reduced. I had initially been taking them maybe anywhere between 10 - 50 mins before I start so I think waiting the hour has helped
What SE's are you having and where do you get your Nal from?
