Hi - If I take a pill one hour before drinking at lunch, what then happens if I want to drink again at dinner? Presumably the nal has worn off, but I wouldn't think you should take 2 pills in one day (50mg). Sorry, I haven't read the book, I ordered it 3 weeks ago but assume the unpronouncable volcano in Iceland is to blame.

One 50 mg pill should be good for 24 hours but it has been discussed to perhaps take more if one is a 24 - 7 drinker.

Your schedule as per TSM you would be "covered" if you take your pill one hour before lunch and drink till bedtime.

Anyone else.....comment?
