I second what 1-4-the road suggests Andrea and try to keep as accurate as possible diary of your consumption. I know I scoffed at the idea of this at first because I said to myself well Jeez I'll know if my consumption is up or down I don't need to keep a record, but I am soo glad I did as I can see it in black and white and as the weeks roll on it is there for me to see which I rely on a lot now, which I didn't think I would. When I've had blackouts I simply tried to keep it as accurate as possible by what was left in the fridge!

Keeping track helps. Every diet plan on the face of the planet has advocated writing down what you eat. Proven success - same here

8/10 starting Topamax w/ Dr.
