WOW! I just got a thread closed on me. "sinclair method trial and error" I tried to help the OP out by saying NAL+Drinking=cure and this Mark guy scoffed at me. So I said they were displaying "contempt prior to investigation" (big book jargon telling people why they should believe in AA. which I guess doesn't apply in the real world) I pointed out that the big book said "someday science may find a cure" and that since the big book was written we have put a man on the moon, won a world war, built sophisticated road systems, and now we are at this moment communicating instantly across the globe. I asked them in light of this if it was so far-fetched to think that maybe the cure has been found? they then shut down the thread. that Carol is a fascist. it's a friggin recovery book burning over there. i'll go back eventually. got to spread the word that there is hope in something besides hopelessness and helplessness I can't believe those dolgbricking scumbags would rather see someone die than see them get the help they need, even if it doesn't fit their narrow view of what recovery is

Yes, it's beyond repulsively absurd the way naltrexone and other drugs are being welcomed by the world. It quite literally reminds me of throwing mentally ill women into the lake to see if they float and if so, they are a witch.

I'm ready to fight because I know I'll save lives. It's worth it.
