Thank you for all your kind words you don't know how important they are to me and especially all your prayers! Well God has been good to me I found out yesterday that the cancer is in the beginning stage and can be removed with a very good outcome. So I'm sticking around even though for now Nal is off the table for me I want to support the rest of you and see that Cure list get bigger .

I had SE's about two weeks ago at 160mg/day. I backed off, and stabilized at 100mg/day after a week or so. I went up to 140mg/day and was hammered again. I am now down to 60mg/day and will hold there for at least a week.

I am getting a lot of somnolence that makes it hard for me to concentrate during the day. However, the worst SE is nausia - some refer to it as vertigo. For me, baclofen has been very difficult.

I am probably being a bit impatient, thus my decision to titrate back substantially. I feel really great today. No increased craving so far, no somnolence and no nausia.

What dosage are you at? Still no SE's for you? I've been following your thread on MWO. Lot's of good stuff there.

We're at 70mg right now and no SE, only sleepy at night which isn't bad. If this continues with the ups and downs give Dr. Levin a call and see what he would have you do. I can't see how 40 people he treated were all 100% cured without a few of them having problems going up in dosage.
