 Post subject: roughly 7 months in and now doing great!

So my experience has been very interesting...it was up and down and then pretty bad and
then things changed. About 3 weeks ago I stopped "needing" to drink every night and am no down to just Friday and Sat night.
I am really excited and hope this trend continues! I feel kind of normal

Something similar happened to me too months and months ago and the trend continued and even improved. I only drink a couple of beers just one night per week after supper. The day of the week is variable, whichever day I feel like it. I feel normal too. Congrats!

That's awesome Dizzy, I'm so happy for you! It's so important for the people who are still struggling after 6+ months to hear good stories too. :D
