Heh, I have Fortuneball. I like it because I can write my own fortunes that reference our dogs. "Rover says No" and "Spot doesn't think so" and so on. (Obviously not my dogs' names.)

Hi Nick!
All you have to do is go to the icon on your iPhone that says "apps" and it will take you to iTunes/app store and you can search by topic, by top paid apps, top free apps etc. I honestly don't know which are the top 10 best apps. There is more than one flashlight app and I would recommend downloading the free ones! Just try a few out and if you don't like them you can always delete them off your phone. There are a ridiculous amount of awesome FREE apps, so just have fun. Think about what you might want or need and search for that topic. My husband LOVES Evernote which takes voice recorded or typed notes and files them away and then you can search them easily and quickly. If you purchase a paid app you have to have an itunes acct. which you can set up right then and there on your phone, I'm sure. Hope this helps!!

Hey Tox.

Am a reluctant computer user and borderline incompetent online -- 46. I got the iPhone as soon as it came out and was just thrilled I had the internet in my pocket, plus emails and IMs. In three years I have not downloaded a single application. Primarily because I'm dumb! So, question one: how do you do it? (I know, 2 plus 2). And more importantly, what are the top ten aps I should get? I like the flashlight idea BTW.

Thanks!

Nick

Love the blog, ToxicGirl ... and I am going to get your app. Cool that you wrote one! I was a developer in a prior life too, so I could totally picture you coding away for days on end in your jammies. :)

Hey Kim!
I'm SO glad you like the blog (and thank you for taking the time to write & let me know). It certainly helps me by writing it, too; also helps keep my sanity and clarity through this TSM maze!!! And yes, I do quite a lot of work in my PJs!!! Hope you enjoy the app....it is free for the next 2 weeks.

I was actually laughing and reading your blog out loud to my husband last night. I love your sense of humor, and you describe what it is like to be US so well! Thank you for putting yourself out there, it is very theraputic to laugh and relate while we all go on this journey together!

Hey toxicgirl,

I read your story and checked out your blog. I love your writing style, and really enjoy looking at that line of units, with the reduction in units over time. I've thought about making a similar blog, so I don't clog up the forum over here. Anyways, thanks for posting. I look forward to seeing you around more.
