Starting Week 37. Making no progress. Continue taking nal everyday, as I drink every day. Consumption is still 6-9 drinks a day, with spikes that coincide directly with stress and depression. Definitely drink to soothe my troubled spirit and don't know about cravings, because I haven't had an AF day for a year. Just barely hanging in there.

Praying for you Sante, please hang in there and go over some of the recent threads showing the progress of some of the people here that have been doing TSM as long or longer than you. It will come. I also know that AL brings on depression a catch 22 going around in a circle. Have you tried to give some effort for one AF day? If you do you will know if it's habit or craving, at least you'll know it might even surprise you.

Wishing you my best. Maybe it's time to discuss other options with your doctor, assuming you are working with one. Have you researched Baclofen? I know very little about it but many here are reporting that it has been very helpful to them.
