In honor of, and in solidarity with, those who are not ready for an AF day, I'd like to invite everyone on the board to participate in an extinction session tomorrow. In keeping with TSM, we will drink as we normally do, one hour after we take naltrexone.

For those who have had sufficient progress to choose whether or when they drink, I invite you to choose a nal drinking session to extinguish the trigger of your choice. I propose raising a glass in a toast to the as-yet uncured, that they may find the freedom they seek, through TSM or some other method. I also propose raising a glass in a toast to those who have been blessed with the freedom to exercise choice, perhaps with some effort, whether to drink or not.

EDIT: Do you see the difference between a forum-wide invitation and an invitation for a forum-wide extinction session? Words matter. Words may not break bones but they surely can hurt.
