I was going to talk about N/A beer without taking NAL but wanted to add alternative beverages as a topic.

Do you think its safe to drink NA Beer without NAL....

What do you use? My friend uses Kombucha teA. I think I'm going to add N/A Beer too.

Held off hoping to be AF day but caved at midnight. Am having first screwdriver at 1.15 AM.

I may try and have a NA Beer after this and if I have a wine after that, I'd be cool with just 1.

Hi Jim,

NA beers commonly have a little alcohol:

I recommend root beer. Have you tried Blenheim's ginger ale, especially the hot?

I had never heard of kumbucha tea - interesting:

Have you tried it? Maybe it would help a hangover.

But do you think (this goes to the board for question) that drinking No alcohol beer with out NAL is foolish? My goal is extinction, BUT I've never heard mention of that as a threat....

Thanks for the ginger ale recommendations.....

Caffeine-free coke is mine.

I wouldn't bother taking NAL if you're only drinking NA beer. Yeah, it has a tiny amount of alcohol, but so does mouthwash.

Coke ZERO baby! Or anything made with Splenda! I may die of cancer but I'll do it with a six pack baby, and not a six pack of brew!

Even though I like things like chocolate and pie and cake, I find most sweetened beverages far to cloyingly sweet - even some labeled "lightly sweetened." I'm on the hunt for low-calorie but very, very lightly sweetened beverages.

I tend to go for green tea or sugar-free tonic water & lime. It makes me think I'm drinking something & my opthomologist says it is great for the eyes...glaucoma, etc. Not doing so very well tho -

It's 0.4% or about ½% alcohol, which is still very very low.
