Not sure if I am following you. While in the throws, I used to be able to drink one or two without committing to the night. Wasn't easy, but if I had to, I could.
If you are talking about what life is like after starting the Sinclair Method then the only answer is to drink as normal.
If you are asking what it is about after a prolonged sucess on the Sinclair Method, then each repondent would have his/her own story. I drink rarely but if I do allow myself to drink to excee, I am still able t loose control. As I tell my friends, Naltrexone will slow the train down to a point where it is safe to jump. I don't think the train ever stops.
