Your experience sounds quite familiar. And your plan is sound... nothing ventured nothing gained. I myslf went through about two dozen relapses over a few years before I stumbled on TSM. I didn't think it was going to work, but it did. Even after it worked, I though the cure would be short-lived, but I've been drinking at low to moderate levels for over 4 months now with no effort whatsoever. Best wishes on your recovery! The hardest thing about this treatment is it takes so long to work and you can't tell if it's working until it finally happens. So be patient and consistent. Bob
