
So I guess I missed my update last week.
Back around the first I convinced myself that I had to take a TSM day and wanted to drink a bottle of port (thx drunkie) as that used to be my DOC. Well, I did and it was...unpleasant. I got drubk for the first time since mid November. Nothing bad happened, nothing good happened it was just unpleasant. I used to be able to dismiss these unpleasant memories by say oh NOON the next day after I got over whatever relic of a real hangover I had and be craving AL like a vampire craves blood by evening. This memory stuck with me though. and unless it goes away I'll be AF or drinking very little for a while .
It's my cheat day today on my diet and that is supposed to mean some AL for me but we'll see how I feel. Things are progressing rapidly with my protocol and I may even be done early. I had a preliminary end date set for Feb 14th but that may need to be adjusted if I run out of fat to burn.
I continue to eek out minor more realistic increases in reps and weights in the weight room which means that I am not burning
any lean mass at all. This is like the holy grail for fitness types and believed to be impossible.
