LoOP. I just love seeing the art and sharing it.
I recently tagged the thread where you explained to me how you upload photos and I am really going to twist my head around it.
I know it's off subject but I think it does help to discretely "see" who we are internetingly cohabiting with. I think I just made up a word!

Hello Loop,

My solo TSM is not working as yours was not working. I am looking into Baclofen right now.

Do you have a doctor prescribing it to you? What pre-cautions do you take? In what way do you dose it (and how fast do you decrease and increase the dose?) ?

I am looking at Baclofen and want to try and see if it will fix my problem. I probably can get with without prescription, but I have very high respect about this drug (as it seems to need special care with increase of dose, decrease and sticking with it).

I've got no doctor. I take no precautions, I just adjusted according to SE's. I dose it like a madman (see pg 16 this thread).

Most people seems pretty sensitive to the SE's but not me...I dunno. It saved my life though!

So I guess I missed my update last week. :(

Back around the first I convinced myself that I had to take a TSM day and wanted to drink a bottle of port (thx drunkie) as that used to be my DOC. Well, I did and it was...unpleasant. I got drubk for the first time since mid November. Nothing bad happened, nothing good happened it was just unpleasant. I used to be able to dismiss these unpleasant memories by say oh NOON the next day after I got over whatever relic of a real hangover I had and be craving AL like a vampire craves blood by evening. This memory stuck with me though. and unless it goes away I'll be AF or drinking very little for a while .

It's my cheat day today on my diet and that is supposed to mean some AL for me but we'll see how I feel. Things are progressing rapidly with my protocol and I may even be done early. I had a preliminary end date set for Feb 14th but that may need to be adjusted if I run out of fat to burn. :twisted:

I continue to eek out minor more realistic increases in reps and weights in the weight room which means that I am not burning any lean mass at all. This is like the holy grail for fitness types and believed to be impossible.

Sorry if I caused any trouble. I would not recommend port, too sweet for my taste. Next time try different thing, different amount :).
