The Vaults of Erowid is a site dedicated to providing reliable information on may poorly understood drugs. Because of our country's policy on drug education, illegal drugs continue to be consumed with poor information regarding dosage and effects. There is considerable controversy regarding whether this makes drugs more scary, and therefore less used, or whether it just makes people who want to try them fly blind with a better chance of getting hurt. Erowid falls in the second category. As a group of people who are currently experimenting with a poorly understood and unsanctioned use of a drug, I think you might be able to understand where they're coming from.

Currently Erowid is of no use whatsoever to those trying the Sinclair Method. Erowid is a site built on user contributions, so this can change. Entries on Erowid could benefit this community in several ways. The most obvious one that comes to mind is in increasing the visibility of TSM by mentioning it in a few articles posted to the vaults. Another is by posting neutral or positive descriptions of the subjective experience of being on naltrexone. The current ones are pretty grim. If we can get the naltrexone vault liked to the alcohol vault, that would also be helpful.

I'm not going to grab anyone's stories without permission. That would be a complete violation of privacy. I was hoping that some of you might volunteer your stories. I can do all the work to actually get them formatted and onto Erowid, and Erowid is QUITE used to people submitting works anonymously, so you don't have to worry about your name getting attached to it.

If you have anything that you feel is appropriate, I'd like to hear about it. Any subjective information about your experiences with TSM would likely be of some value.

I submitted my post there a few days back. Don't know if it's been published, but do think it important for those exploring Nal and TSM to see some more positive feedback than what was there. What's been on there makes the drug sound downright spooky - and I don't get that at all.
