Eight,

I'm sorry for your suffering. Part of the key is to not isolate yourself. It makes yourself more accountable. Hope you are close to extinction.

Crown....wow! I've read your posts on MWO too. You are very forthcoming with your tales of your life. It really is like reading a book. I was right there with you..... like I was in your head. Geez, you have a talent you know! Good luck on your journey and I'm so happy you have found some relief and that you are moving back to the city to be surrounded by people that care about you and will keep you accountable too. Good move.

Thank you my friend. Yes I am isolated (though not from choice), and also eating very little (ditto - I have little food here). I need to change both things somehow...

Thanks a lot buddy :)

I'm pretty sober. I guess I fell asleep early, and missed midnight...and was it something special tonight anyone?

Just stuck at home, got a chest infection...sure the medics would prescribe a vodka tonic or two for that

I am just grateful for you all - crown you have have in particular been a rock these last few days - BLESS YOU.

I may or may not have to leave this site in a day or two, but I would be so very grateful to stay in touch with as many of you as possible. You can get my email address by PMing me if you'd like, and it's easy to set up an anonymous one if you don't want to show your real name etc, I would absolutely understand - in fact I'd always recommend it.

Also, Paypal donations welcome for cough medicine!!

I have decided after long reflection that while I love this community, and so many members within it - many of whom have been such tremendous support to me (and hopefully, just a little at least, I have been in return) - I don't presently feel like I wish to be an active member of this forum.

This followed a disagreement with the owner of this website which led to me getting banned. The running of the site is the sole prerogative of the owner, N101CS, that has been made clear to me. I understand that, but I cannot agree with the present model.

I wish to say no more about that, either publicly or privately.

If however you would like to stay in contact please do PM me for my email address. Perhaps we can continue to support each other. I may also pop up on My Way Out, I haven't decided yet.

In the meantime I will continue to visit here as often as I can to check on how my friends, new and old, are doing.

I care about everybody on this site.

I wish everyone well for the new year, and as many as possible cured by TSM in 2010 :)

Your friend,

eight days a week

I don't think you've been banned. From what I observed, there was a "disagreement" that is over now. Take a break, if you feel the need, but don't beat yourself up about what happened. Everyday is a new day. It is, and will all be, okay.

Take care of yourself and do what you need to do to feel better. We will still be here.

Best of luck to you & take care in the meantime -

XO

I was banned temporarily. I could not log in to the forum and received a 'banned' message when I tried.

Thank you for your very kind words my friend, all the best to you and everyone else too!

Over and eight (sorry couldn't resist a last little bit of 'humour'  )

<edit> Now posting on My Way Out instead.
