Ok folks, I'm about to take the plunge with River Pharmacy. I have had zero luck with doctors to prescribe and I, as many of you have obviously found out and expressed, believe that discussing with your doctor (on record) is not necessarily a good play for recorded medical record purposes.

Nuff said, I'm ready to go. My question is: Given the generic nature of Nal as a drug, does it matter which "brand name" I choose? Please chime in, my credit card awaits...thanks.

I'm not sure about the brands, I'm afraid. I originally bought Nodict from River, which was definitely the real deal. But the Nalorex I have since been prescribed in the UK is slightly different, somehow. But, as I say I'm sure the stuff from River is the real stuff

Thanks looks like I paid twice as much as river offers on some no rx place, you saved me few hundred bucks right there. Three bucks a pill is price point at which I'll be happy to swallow this stuff by dozens as long as it works.

Great to know! Do chemist or river require prescription? I'm rather not talk to docs until I know whether Nal works on me, like 8-12 weeks. Looking at chemist site they do ask for prescription for some meds.
