You're scaring me Lo0p and you're right about others not trying what you did.

It was a bit of a leap of faith on my part. In hindsight, I know for a fact I would be cold and dead and in the ground had I not done it. Sh*t you all remember what was running through my head that week. That was it for me. I was ready.

I do agree it was a dangerous course but LoOp was in an very bad situation.
I would not do what he did, but I do like reading the information and assimilating it into a plan for myself, I just can not seem to get over the steady course of intake.
So LoOp, thanks again for the graph, I wrote earlier I finally did see the charts.
Post a new pic so we can see the body!

Lo0p, from charts it seems that Bac substtuted alcohol for you and Nal had little to do with it.

What was "woke up in jail" event? It's change point and another hint for life experience possibly leading to adjustment in behavior.

Drunkie, there's a lot more to it than what you see in the graph...and it's not over yet. All of that, and the "woke up in jail" event is in this thread if you're interested. What bothered me the most about waking up in jail was this: they don't have pillows in jail, it's extremely uncomfortable. Seriously, where do all of our tax dollars go I ask you? No pillows?

It's happened before and was most certainly not a catalyst for change. The jury's still out on the rest of it.

All #'s are Weight x Repetitions.

This is my Shoulders/Arms day. Going through my logs from my last cut and comparing I suppose these increases could be due to the phenomenon called 'muscle memory' whereby muscle once had is regained rapidly upon retraining. If these increases continue at all beyond this week then something else is at play (baclofen?).

edit: oops! the graphs for lat side raises and shoulder presses are switched

Could your huge reduction in alcohol consumption explain it? I seem to recall that drinking a lot reduces the amount of muscle and inhibits muscle growth.

Count me as skeptic on Lo0p's bac performance boosting theory. I don't buy it. Alcohol metabolism takes priority over glutamine production. Stopping alcohol will be a big relief for the body. I do buy that Bac helped him stop thus it's coincidental indicator.

It just doesn't explain it. I'm extremely familiar with theses routines in a variety of circumstances: in a calorie deficit, in a calorie surplus, drinking once a week, drinking 7 days a week. I am intimately familiar with how my body responds to it. Alcohol makes a difference, but this difference is above and beyond that by several orders of magnitude. I covered this in the other thread.
