You pretty much nailed on the head ned. I do the high reppers right now because I'm cutting so I'm going for the metabolic effect. I don't see any real difference in strength per se and no it doesn't seem to affect 1RM's at all (I think, I haven't actually tried any lately but I'm pretty sure).
-Cardio is WAY easier, others on MWO are coming forward and reporting the same thing.
-The big compounds (squats, deads) are where I see the biggest difference
-Recovery time between sets is
super fast! And on all exercises too. I time it with my stopwatch. Before I'd push it to 1:30 so that I could recover and give my next set my best effort, now I hop back at it at 1:00 flat. Can't really describe it other than to say I just feel like I'm ready to go. A minute or two my fifth set of squats I feel like I could do another one. This is in
stark contrast to before where after a couple of sets I'd be sitting on the floor trying to figure out how to make my stopwatch go slower!
-I don't get sore anymore!!!....!!!! I break a personal record with squats and two days later...NOTHING! Normally this would cripple me for days.
Baclofen has demolished my craving for alcohol. Take a look at my graph, the link is in my signature below. I don't know how much of that I can attribute to baclofen or TSM but it saved my life for sure. How it interacts with TSM is yet to be determined. We have conversations about this around here.
roxy: A friend of mine told me about crossfit...sounds like it hurts!
