I've been taking
all of my dose right before i hit the gym at 5:15 because I didn't want any in my system while I was exercising because, well, it's a muscle relaxant and I figured it wouldn't kick in until I was done. They warn you to not partake in activities that may require muscle tone and I think weightlifting would certainly qualify. It does not have that effect on me at all! I've never noticed anything even remotely resembling weakness with baclofen. So yesterday I started taking it in divided doses at 12:00 and 4:00 before I hit the gym, to try and mitigate the
insomnia and because it doesn't cause any atonia for me. Strike two for bac's SE profile for me... At least it still works for what I want it to, something which
isn't even mentioned as a possible therapeutic benefit or side effect of the drug.
