Yeah, I guess it's not really a problem in the grand scheme of things. After all, I'm no longer an alcoholic any more.

I am one of the few that have consistently stuck around after TSM worked and one of two(?) that continue to post numbers. The data is important and needs to be seen, whether it's good or bad. I don't/won't "cook the numbers" like the Climatic Research Unit of the University of East Anglia. If my numbers start to go up, I will continue to publish them; if they stay the same I'll publish them; if they decline as presupposed, I'll publish them.

I did think of a way that my weekly numbers could go down further even if my drinking session numbers are not dropping at the same rate. I don't drink on any particular day, just when the mood strikes and of course I take my Naltrexone prior to doing so. Even though my AF days are maxed out on a weekly basis, the consecutive AF days may be headed into longer than 7 day intervals. Assuming that this is happening, then even if my consumption is still 4 units on a particular occasion, it may occur after an AF duration of longer than seven days. So, my weekly numbers may start to look more erratic, jumping between zero and 3 or 4. If this does happen, I'll switch to monthly graphs and perhaps monthly numbers in my signature line too. But the average decline in AL consumption will continue under such a scenario.

I don't understand it either, but we have all gone through this behavior. I know you want it to work right now or at least quicker. I know I did. And I know when the cravings hit, there was no stopping them. However, wait it out. It is "not your time" yet. Hopefully, it will come sooner rather than later.

Point taken. I think a lot of us often grab defeat out of the jaws of victory. It's good to stay focused on where I am now compared to pre-TSM.

Thanks rapper!

Well, I just spent most of the week building a new Windows 7 machine. My TSM data and spreadsheet were on the old hard drive. (I really just replaced the old drive in my laptop with this new one and installed a fresh Win 7 x32, after my initial fresh install Win 7 x64 didn't play nice with some of my older proggies). MS has made the transfer of data and settings very easy. It's just that it takes days to reinstall 3rd party apps, check for updates for each one, and test them one at a time. So, that's been my week.

I'm passed the 9 month mark now, so I posted the above monthly graph instead of the weekly one. Right on target for months 8 and 9. I didn't even try. I don't know what the next month will bring. It's hard to really believe these low numbers could get lower, but we'll see. On with the great experiment!

Bob

Week 40 is complete. As I alluded to in my last post here, I am shifting focus to monthly consumption, but I'll continue the weekly graphs until week 52. Nothing new to report. Zero cravings except for one day and it was just a day I decided to have something.

That's it.

Bob
