We need an emoticon that pukes!

I am almost done with week 9 and last night went over 4 standard drinks (about 5.5) and Dear Lord I'll never do it again - yeah right!

(That reminds of a bar I used to go to in High School for lunch called June's Never Again. Funny thought, I was there the day Jimi Hendrix died...stray thought - okay FOUCS).

I mean I feel today like I drank 15 standard drinks. Horrible. The more I drink less, more the sicker I am. Whatever - this is progress and I believe it.

I am planning an AF weekend - I think I'm getting a couple pints ----------of Ice Cream!

Yak; I wanna go lay down now but I am at work...
