I guess I'm freaked now because I'm still taking one each day and I can see $$$$ in my head....Do you think it would be ok after 4 months to just take .25 Nal? I don't know what happened to the article. It was just there, now it has been withdrawn. It was from the Feb 2000 issue of Reader's Digest in Finland. I am not 100% sure that is how it would be found. I will research it and try to find it. It was pretty good and a look from a country that has used TSM a lot.

I think taking 25 mg is reasonable as long as you know you aren't going to go beyond a couple of hours. I have done it several times and it seemed to have the same effect. I try and follow the 50 mg though.
