Thanks for the responses, tomorrow I am going to a psychiatrist to discuss honestly my Al use, the nal, and the Wellbutrin, and my "touches" of zanax.
I am glad to be free enough to maybe discuss this with a professional. I will report back with my findings.

One year later Not Cured. But able to limit my units somewhat better.
