How long have you been on 100mgs and TSM in general, sg?

I see, thanks a lot for the info. Way beyond my knowledge of TSM, but hope you'll get some informed opinions :)

My knowledge is not all that great personally, however, the "book" says .50 extinguishes 100% of endorphin stimulation and that 100 still only extinguishes 100% so I'm not sure the reasoning behind trying an even higher dose. Watch out for liver damage. Maybe simply more time required in your case? How hard it is to be patient when we want the pain to go away NOW!!

Hi sg,

I'm very interested in your statement "now that wine has entered my drinking vocabulary". Would you care to elaborate on this?

Thanks in advance.

All the very best.

Virgil, I feel that wine is an addiction in and of itself. When I started drinking again on wine I knew I was in serious trouble, I feel more ill and more of a hopeless drunk also. Units were down this week but the numbers were still high and I was high also!

Hi LaBear,

Curiouser and curiouser, to quote Lewis Carroll. This has made my ears prick up! When you say that your units were down this week, I take it that you were not drinking wine.

I wonder how many of those on the 'Cured' list were/are beer drinkers and how many were/are wine drinkers. Does anyone know the answer to this?

I got through beer and vodka with 100mgs. Wine is a different high and it seems harder to break through. I guess it may just take more time but it is getting frustrating. Im starting to think of giving up but I don't have any other option. Cold Turkey is not an option.

Help.....Its been 7 months!!!!

this may sound stupid but what kind of wine are you drinking? Red or white? If you prefer one kind try switching to the other. I know the thought of drinking white wine makes me cringe so I might even switch and see if that doesn't hold me back. Isn't Al just like a shadow lurking around a corner offering you another? You've come this far as you said but what if in 7 months and 13 days you turn the corner? Everyone here that I've read that are cured it seemed like it happened suddenly and they weren't expecting it, that will happen to you :P
