I've come across a study that I believe shows pretty conclusively that those once monthly Vivitrol 380mg Depot Injections are pretty worthless for TSM. The study is too big and has too many graphs to post here but if anybody wants to look at it I'm keeping it and can email it or upload it to PV's TSMnet or something.

They inadvertently used the TSM protocol and results at 6 months were significant and were better than placebo, but IMO they were horrible.

IMO, it's the dosage that's wrong. 380mgs for 30 days?? I don't know if it releases it at a constant rate but if it does that's 12.6mgs/day
