I see no harm in this, and am sure it can only help. By inviting (instead of shaming) people to express their experiences, I feel we might attract the thankful ones who've "made it" to share their story. No good reason to NOT do it that I can see.

Dr. Eskapa, suggest you edit your post and remove the email address. Internet spam bots will hone in on it and start hammering that address with spam. These bots actively "scan" forums like this for such information.

It is unfortunately that some people have nothing better to do that write malicious software.

Thank you, though, for giving us all a way to talk directly to Dr. Sinclair. I certainly intend to!

I agree - I think most of us accept the science & the studies, but while we are personally on this journey and harking our own small progressions, it's hard to believe in the long term reality of success when we do not hear from those "thousands" out there, who are truly success stories before us. Why aren't they shouting from the rooftops, ready to share if the good doctors are asking them to,etcetcetc.

Anything to reinforce our own determinations in this process would be appreciated. Looking at stats is one thing. Hearing from them is quite another. I'll send anyone abroad a jar of Texas Pace Picante sauce if they will tell tell tell!!!!! :-)

I sensed a bit of SpringerRider in one of those column replies.

As time goes on, more and more of us Sinclairians are going to start making an impact and the word will get out that this method is for real.

I have a reply from David Sinclair and if someone gives me there email address I can forward it to them so they can post it. They are microsoft word files and I do not know how to link them to here, so that will be the easiest way.

I tried to attach a couple different types of files, but none were allowed. I think an Administrator has to grant permission for this, which is what I found when I looked through the help.
