As always, they are greatly appreciated. I've started the ball rolling regarding my experience with the psychiatrist. But, what a palaver! So much red tape in the NHS. And when you eventually find someone that can help, you get an answerphone saying "Sorry, we have no-one available to take your call at the moment. All our staff are on training today"!! Dear, oh dear. That was the response I got from the Department of Health's Independent Complaints Advocacy Services (ICAS). This could prove to be an uphill struggle, but I like a challenge - within reason! All the best. V.
