You are absolutely correct in saying that there is a lot of material on this board. But there is a lot to be said for reading about the background to The Sinclair Method (TSM). And we often make references to specific information within the book. I, for example, have often referred to Figure 3,
Extinction of alcohol drinking in alcoholics; if you don't have this graph available, you are at a distinct disadvantage. Dr Eskapa in his book addresses such questions as "Why Haven't I Already Heard of the Sinclair Method?" and this is the title of Chapter 4.
As the book represents a very modest outlay, I consider it a worthwhile purchase. And, no, I'm not on commission!
