Firebird was from whitenoise which as you mentioned moody blues and similar you
might like them . That was a happy song but some of the other stuff was weird listen to this if you will !

As I previously mentioned on Firebird's thread, I am a great fan of The White Noise. The track you have selected above is from their seminal album An Electric Storm. As you rightly say, the band was formed by members of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop. I still have a vinyl copy of An Electric Storm, which I bought almost 40 years ago! Next time I listen to it, I'll be thinking of yourself and Firebird.

Labear , Yes Inoticed you hadn't been around much . No I don't think it would be wise to abandon yet . I almost always seemed to be on a plateau with a few higher bits right up to week 26 . So do stick with it , I hope you'll get what you hope for .

Virgil , Ah , Ok glad you know the stuff and are fan, I hadn't seen the post you added about whitenoise on firebird's thread . Whenever I saw firebird's name I always thought of that song so when he got cured I pounced ! frankly I've always found that song the ""visitations disturbing it's quite clear what the theme is . I wouldn't want to hear it on anything " Strong " ! I didn't hear it as early as 69 but 82 on vinyl .
It's powerful stuff whitenoise very innovative , I heard it took alot of work in studio to produce Electric Storm .

good for you! i am happy your liver health is improving too, indeed it would be sad if you came out of the tsm journey only to battle liver disease. that is something i think of, the fact that i won't have to die an alcoholic death bc i will be cured of my compulsion to consume alcohol. having one's health returned and not having to worry about the damage alcohol is may be causing is a blessing in and of itself leaving ALL the other bs alcoholism brings with it aside. so GREAT NEWS on both fronts for you!!! fantastic! i hope to join you at the finish line soon=)

Re your question on other thread well it took me longer but all the same I agree with and did as Bob waited til I got to safe level by medical standards and a couple of weeks more to be sure it wasn't a freak blip .
