good luck with it all ready now,

one thing I wish I had thought more about at the beginning, is that it will take time and it can be frustrating, BUT if you hang on in there many many succeed and many of those after 6 months not the 3 or 4 I was hoping for. Also don't overthink things, that's something I spend far too much time doing!!!!

Good morning - last night was my second day on TSM - it was good - I took 3/4 of the tablet - I had taken 1/2 the night before - I took it an hour before drinking - I ended up with only 4 drinks - and forced myself to finish the second half of the last one - that felt good - i should of thrown it out but didn't - still thinking it might all be in my head - but I am hopeful TSM is going to help me - maybe this is the honeymoon - whatever it is, I'll take it :) - I woke up in the middle of the night restless, but fell back asleep - I feel pretty good this morning - and am grateful for these first 2 days - thanks for reading and ill keep posting - have a great day - Ready

Thanks Nigel - I have to keep reminding myself that it IS going to take time. I suppose we are all just impatient for it to happen immediately which is not going to happen! I like when someone reminds me of that!!

Hugs, Maggie x

Hello all - Day Three was last night - took the whole pill - I don't feel like I have had any side effect except for a little headache and waking up restless in the middle of the night - but that could be from anything , not necessarily the NAL . I ended up finishing 4.5 drinks - which again is down for me - it is usually always 6 or more - so that is making me feel very hopeful - as i said yesterday - i know that this is probably the honeymoon but that is OK - I am just happy that my consumption is down. I have an event tonight where I typically drink a lot so I am a little nervous about it already - I am hoping the NAL will do its work and I can stay in control. I am ready to not have to worry about stuff like tonight anymore - that is part of what makes me tired - worrying about what might happen before it even does - I will keep posting and hope to hear from some of you all on the board today - thanks for reading and have a good day :) ready

Hi there Ready - you sound how I felt when I started....I can hardly believe that I am 6 weeks in now - but it is working, albeit very slowly !
Good luck with the event tonight - one thing I suggest is try to pace your drinks - the faster I drink, the more I drink, but if I go slower, then the Nal seems to interfere and I do not want to drink ....

Hugs, Maggie x
