I'm two days into NAL and have a bit of lightheadiness...is that at all normal?

yes! In my experience, this was par for the course. In fact, the whole first week I felt out of it after taking nal, almost like I'd taken a cough and cold medicine. Eating a protein-heavy snack before nal always seems to lessen SEs too (yogurt, protein shake, chicken are my go-to's). However, my side effects passed pretty quickly. Most likely yours will too! Good luck!

Yup.

I had some fatigue mixed with morning insomnia for the first week. All the bad side effects went away by the middle of week 2 for me.
