Well it's been about 3 full months now without drinking after fixing my alcoholism problem with TSM and I have to say it's been a lot easier than I thought. My usual triggers for drinking no longer take control. I can now do things which would be unfathomable while buzzed or drunk.
I've worked out at the gym after work, taken yoga classes with my wife in the evenings (which was all new to me and I highly recommend), sleep through the night and wake up feeling great and energized, and just feel joy in very simple moments. Drunk/buzzed driving is no longer a consideration when before, I took the risk thousands of times.
It is a whole nother world I'm experiencing for the first time since I was a young child. I can definitely get used to this and don't miss my drinking days at all.

Nomore - just so happy to read this - you are so fortunate to be one of the few for whom TSM does not take long - it all sounds wonderful and I am really happy for you!

Hugs, Maggie

Yay!!! That's great nomore. I know exactly what you mean too. Even though I still drink I don't crave it like I used to. I can almost 100% honestly say now that I drink beer simply because I like it. The difference being that last year if I drank one beer it would lead to a night of heavy drinking that would culminate into another night, weekend, week, month or a few months of heavy drinking before I would snap out of it change my ways, see the light, and enjoy sobriety for another week or two or perhaps a month before it would cycle around again.

Now I can have a beer or two go to sleep and wake up and not even think of it. If I was a religious man I would call it a miracle but I'm not so I just marvel at the work of scientists and am beyond grateful for their labor.

I love to hear success stories, congrats to you and thanks for sharing!
