Another 12.5mg night. Not quite the feeling I've had the past two nights, so ill up it to 25mg tomorrow. I still only drank half as many beers as I normally drink. I didn't experience any negative side effects tonight.

That's a really good indication that the Nal is working for you. I hope the SE's stay within bounds, sounds like you're doing ok with it so far.

Maybe start a "Billy's Progress" thread, so folks can look back over your progress easily. Somebody's going to say "Hey, I'm just like he was before he started TSM" and they'll get inspired to start themselves. After all, this is going to take a number of months.

I am glad the side effects are subsiding and you are upping your dose. Take it slowly and if the 25 mg is too much just go back down, for there is no harm in taking it slow, but I think you are going to be just fine!

It is AWESOME that you only drank 1/2 as many beers as you normally drink; it sounds like you are having a really good honeymoon!
