You seem to have a healthy dose of discipline and healthy habits to support your excellent TSM work. Awesome! And thank you for letting us know how you are doing.

I need to conjure up some discipline myself because my physical cravings are nil and I'm still (most of the time) drinking like I'm at a big party.

it means a lot to me that you"ve kept visiting us. I need all the hope I can get as I am wondering if it is working. thanks DOMD

DOMD, Once again, thank you for your encouragement and your experience. Watching your updates is almost as exciting as watching Wimbledon!

Your naltrexone side effects are interesting and once again remind me how different we all can be. I don't get irritable or spacey....I actually think N makes me feel a twee bit better. I do notice a bit of a tingly tongue and dry mouth sometimes during the hour pre-drink though. Also, I only got the spacey feeling in the first week of taking naltrexone, but bare in mind that I was a recreational pill popper, so I think I have a somewhat hardy constitution when it comes to pharmaceuticals.

DOMD, I love this:
