I thought I'd check in with an update on where I am post-cure.

To recap, I started TSM mid-february 2009 and was cured august-september 2009.

Currently, I drink not more than 5-8 units per week. Typically, I go a week or two without consuming any alcohol. In fact, I just had a Christmas party over the weekend and consumed 7 or so units, which was the first time I'd drank in about 3 weeks.

Overall, I'm feeling great. Dramatic change from where I was last year at this time!
