Thankfully, my health is good and I feel great.

I didn't need to lose weight. Since starting TSM, I've been trying to eat more to make up for the lost calories from the alcohol, so that I don't lose. I'm pretty skinny (6'6", 156#)

I had a pretty good week, especially considering that I was off work all week. I managed to keep my drinking under control and not start until after 7:30, just like normal work days now, even on Thanksgiving when everyone else in the house started drinking at noon.

Finished week 20 with my lowest consumption yet. This thing's just taking a while.

mlb, you continue to make great progress lower and lower. As Merlot pointed out Sinclair's patients started with a baseline of 37 drinks per week and reduced down to moderate levels or AF in 3-4 months. Those of us who are starting at 2-3 times the levels of Sinclair's patients should expect it to take longer. I'm seeing that in my case and it looks as if you are too. The important thing is the numbers keep getting lower.

I hit another new low (in a good way) last week, although even better progress was ruined by an extra drink on Sunday night (I had a rough day).

I'm going to try to get in an AF day this week. I haven't had one yet.

Great progress mlb. You are down from 13 units per session to 5. That's incredible progress in 21 weeks. Good luck in trying to get an AF day in. I'm sure one is right around the corner for you.

I had hoped to get in an AF day this past week, but didn't accomplish that. I did hit a new weekly low and daily low (both just barely), though, so it's still progress.

Progress is progress, don't worry about the AF. As your numbers go even lower you'll get the urge to test the AF waters. You are down 63% from your pre-TSM weekly amount and that is impressive. Keep rolling.

mlb, whatever stock you are charting on that graph, I'm not buying! Seriously, that's great progress. You have cut your drinking down by almost 2/3rds, which is huge. Best wishes going forward and hopefully adding some AF days when, and only when, you are ready.
