week 13 update:

quite a big jump up this week, which I'm going to put down to lousy weather & sitting up watching cricket til 5am quite a few nights, I got a couple of effort-free AF days though. a bit more mindfulness required this week I think ...

on the upside, I've lost 15lb since I started

We all are going to have more challenging weeks but your overall progress is still impressive! Awesome job on the weight loss!! That is great! I'm working on that too still trying to lose the baby weight from my youngest! I know what you mean about wanting to sit inside and hibernate in cold weather! :)

week 14 update:

back on track this week. still consuming rather more than I'd like when I do drink, but also getting some AF's. I've stopped over-thinking things, I'm confident that TSM is going to work for me. when I fancy a drink, I take my pill & drink; when I don't, I don't.

This is sounding really good Badger - and as you say, we just need to not worry and trust in the Nal ...... you are definitely on a downward trend and your attitude due to the Nal has changed - isn't it wonderful ??? I love the way this is going and am so looking forward to when I get there too .....

Hugs, Maggie x

Me too badger, I am keeping the faith and sticking with the Golden Rule. I will be so thankful when I and all my fellow TSM'rs can say we made it to the Cured list!

hang in there Cheeto. I really feel for you - I'm not sure I'd be as patient as you if I was in your situation. how are you doing now you're back from Mexico? have you been able to be any more mindful now you're not so surrounded by temptation?

Nal On!
