If I miss your last post, Thanks for all the support and I fully understand why people drift away from the board. It's hard to see it happening to oneself when one is new and gung ho about spreading the word, but it happens. I think one of the great things about TSM is that it lifts the obsession. This also makes it hard for TSM to compete with other programs like 12 step, where the "patient" usually stays obsessed with AL and recovery. It's easier to spread the word that way.
Thank you for sticking around as long as you have I am glad to hear that the addiction and the obsession is gone. I'm also glad that you understand that when your thinking becomes normal again, the inevitable drift away from TSM proselytizing occurs. That's not to say we don't tell other people about how we kicked alcoholism. It's just that we do it on a rather informal, casual, and matter-of-fact way now. I'm convinced there is an array of addictions that can be cured by Naltrexone taken only before one engages in the undesirable activity. Over-eating, gambling, and most illicit drugs are excellent candidates. The medical world will catch up with us. We just stumbled on a method created by a man ahead of his time, Dr. Sinclair. Bob
