Maybe start up again on 12.5mg and see what's the smallest dose you can use to get the benefit you're looking for. 50mg is the right dose for the bulk of people, but I spent most of my time on TSM at 25mg. Some need 100 or more. I wonder if a low dose of gabapentin might also help quell the nausea? It does seem to work well with Naltrexone.
