Hi all,
Thank you everyone for your tremendous support!! This has certainly been a rocky week. I am recovering today from another binge so I'm feeling kind of crappy. It's hard to be optimistic when I feel so nasty but if I take a step back there are many good things to report:
> I stocked up with food and drink before I started so I stayed out of the car and kept everyone safe
> I stayed amazingly lucid and didn't have any regrettable behaviors.
> My binges are getting shorter. In the past, I could go on for 3-4 days. My past two have been < 24 hrs.
> I'm consuming less each time 32 then 26 then 23...
> I don't feel as ill as I have in the past so the hangovers aren't quite as bad.
I guess this is progress creeping in slowly. But, I'm still desperately in need of some AF days.
Last week I reported my numbers incorrectly. I realized that I'd only counted 6 days and when I add the 7th I was up to 44 units. So far this week I'm already up to 49 but that's what happens when you binge twice in one week

Let's hope I scored some big extinction points for all this effort. I'll post final numbers on Wednesday. Here's hoping for a lighter week, next week
