I just wanted to put this thread back to where it belongs: under keke's progress. I think I've finally got the SE's under controll and am getting my Nal from my doc. Anyone keeping the SE's at bay by using Nal 2 or 3 times a week and going AF and Nal free 4 to 5 days a week?

No help there. The only side effects I ever had was day 1 and 2, and those were minor light headedness. However, I have also yet to have 4 AF days in a week, or 3 in a row. Working on it.

Kekede, yes, me. That's exactly what I'm doing and SEs finally seem to be in control now, too. Yay!
