Not really much to report. Units have steadied out a bit. Started early yesterday but managed just 3 beer over about 5 hours. I feel terribly this morning. The hangovers are really getting worse. Like those real bad nervy ones you can get. I'll probably have my usual AF Monday but I'd like to shot for another AF day this week just to break things up a bit.

Alcohol really isn't agreeing with me anymore since TSM has knocked my usage way back. Here's hoping for an AF future.

Best of luck...
Tee

So much an AF Monday. Got a bit of bad news and though, f**k it I'll just get drunk. When and bought a 4 pack of high strength lager and away I went. Got half way through the 3rd and just couldn't stomach anymore. The thing was, it was still only about 5pm and I was never one for being able to sit about after drinking. I just went to bed really browned off and woke up about 10pm with a terrible hangover and not able to get back to sleep.

Long story short I had a terrible night just lying there through the hang over. One good point was that the worst was over when I got up and about this morning but I still feel rough as f**k now. TSM had won the battle for me where consumption is concerned but the battle is still far from won when it come the the mind games.

The battle continues....

I'm sorry to hear you got some bad news, I hope it's better today. The mind is such an important part of it. Once we get that part of the puzzle, and realize it's not just a pill that will fix it, then I think it gets easier. I'm hoping anyway! I've been on and off nal three times now, and this time I think my mental state is finally in the right place. You'll get there, slowly but steadily. Give yourself some credit for stopping halfway through the third and move on!
