thanks for those interesting links DOMD

I note that my own dear country is second from top of the list :D
Digging further into those figures suggests that the average consumption per adult per week is 27 UK units. Given that 20-25% of Irish adults drink no alcohol, that means the average for a 'drinker' is probably 30-35 units per week. Which suggests that the average drinker is drinking significantly more than the safe maximum limit :shock:
Although I guess it also means I'm moving pretty close to that average now :roll:

My experience was identical. This is the fleeting anti-craving effect of naltrexone. Do not be surprised when your drinking spikes as it almost certainly will. But the honeymoon followed by a spike is overwhelming evidence TSM will work for you. Congratulations.

Sounds like good progress and insight.

I can second the motion for severe hangovers on nal. I can't ever remember having the severe shakes/jitters after drinking 12 beers. That's a lot for me, but I'm usually just wiped out, possibly headache and nausea. But the severe jitters and depression are something brand-spankin' new. Good times :shock:
