The cds are helping, I am losing weight, and tossing inthe wine idea. they really mess with the bottom of your mind, in a nice way. had 1 al free night,
some nights are better than others, i often drink because i am bored and tired, its winter, rainy and how many hrs of walking can i do?
the stuff in not even tasting good any more, i expect a bigger decline soon.

Hi Orca

Just wanted to say I really enjoy your posts ... made me laugh about the soda stream machine - I've always fancied one of them too!! I love sparkling water .. I drink the small bottles because they're even more fizzy! Have one beside me now

ALso like Paul McKenna ... I think I have the CD you mention - I will try listening and add in AL in the negative like you suggest
I'm bit worried I'm craving sugar more than usual ... I've followed Atkins low carb diet for 18 months ... very happy and lost/kept weight off .. but interesting now cut back on AL .. I could eat sweets and sugar now .... hmm ... wonder about that yeast connection?? Any thoughts??

I've read this forum for a while before actually just starting Nal last week - your words encouraging someone to try .. certainly encouraged me .. thanks

Lorraine

so the train is slowing down, slowly!
the soda stream helps, the hypnosis tape is really helping, and I feel the yeast detox also helped alot. my sugar cravings are way down and I am enjoying green smoothies.
If I drink a green at 4 it slows the wine way down.
I find for best results, I take the nal at least two hours before I drink, this really makes a hug difference. one hr is not long enough.

I am nicer to my self about the drinking problem, the P Mckeena cd has really helped with that. I cannot recommend it enough.I don't beat myself up all day,

I had my first AL free day!!

when it warms up I am going to be out more in the afternoon and evening.
just ordered more nal from all day, for the newby, non belivers, it is working, the cravings are way down. I cannot imagine stoppping now.

I went to town twice last month , to visit friends and no urge to have a beer at lunch. and I live in beervania!! a micro on every corner!
I am going to try a new mediation tape today, emotional healing by tara brach.

If i don't get more control in a month I will up my dose.

thnak you for the note in jan, I realize my posts are boring, but drinking is boring, a short note form the readers keeps me encouraged to post something.

people wonder why ther are fewer "cured" notes, well your life with nal moves away from AL, thinking about it, worring about it, with the nal you get some control, so you post less too!

I just saw the note about the yeast,
I followed the directions inthe book the PLAN, just publised and seen on OZ. The yeast mangement program really worked, I was amazed, the first yeast die off was not fun, I stuck with it and a month later I feel alot better.
I think it has helped with the wine craving, wine is straight sugar.

This is absolutely true: I have stopped thinking about to much and post infrequently as a result. Congrats on your success orca.
