TG - right on! You are right on target with this post, and it address some of the ways your thinking begins to change when TSM really begins to kick in. For many of us "cured" is a bit more of a journey than a destination, and the little mental conversations we have can be very helpful in getting us through each leg of that journey.

While it's true that some people have been *bam!* cured in 21 weeks with very little or no effort, for many of us it take some awareness. Not so much willpower as you say, but an awareness of how your thinking is changing can be very helpful in "getting to know the cure." Because for many of us the cure is not quite what we expected, but fabulous none the less.

The 'awareness' u talk of is exactly how I feel. I constantly have those conversations in my head. Often for me just deciding to postpone taking Nal an hour... Gets me over an initial fleeting habitual desire. But if I still want a wine later I'll take the nal knowing I've gotta wait another hour. Can be enuf to put me off.
