In case you check back in...Good luck DOMD and please allow yourself to come back if you ever need support. Feel no shame in needing future support. It is a lifetime condition, but it can be treated successfully if we keep focused on what works and never allow ourselves to be sucked back into the world of denial.

Thanks for that DOMD! I'm glad to hear you are doing well, and I think that for myself, therapy and some hard work are going hand in hand with the nal to make important and long-lasting changes.Always great to hear success stories!
