same same same really. some good some bad, but at the beginning of this all I was so sure that I would turn away pretty much totally from alcohol, there are changes of course and I had a week away in a situation I used to drink very heavily at but I just didn't; however I am still drinking over recommended levels, I still look forwards to a drink, I still have days I want to be Af that I change my mind at 3pm. Its not the massive change I hoped it would be.
So got m wondering what is cured? Alcohol no longer controls everything. I don't drink to very drunk anymore, these are all good, but I want to shift the last thing, and just like before all my good intentions wether its more AF days or moderation management just don't happen, and some of that is the TSM I have an excuse to drink 'safely' if I want to.. so I do.
